I started practicing yoga about two years ago. I have done Bikram and Ashtanga yoga and I am certain that I will always try to keep practicing them. The practice of yoga helps me deal with my recurring migraines. This among other reasons is why I recommend practicing it.

This blog is a recompilation of people’s experiences, toughs and beliefs around the practice of yoga. It offers news, how-to’s sequences and articles about how to get a healthier and live a more fulfilling life.
